Just a quick blog post to celebrate my completion of the 1,000 squat Blogilates Challenge!
It was a daunting prospect when the video went online yesterday, so naturally I avoided it. However I haven’t worked out in days so I decided to give myself a great kick up the ass and kickstart my workout routine again … with 1,000 squats!
After the Call Me Maybe squat challenge I said never again! But somehow, I actually did it! All 1,000!
Just look at that smile. Feeling awesome! Although when I got up from my desk after nominating two friends to do it via Facebook, I did almost drop straight to the floor, haha! Wobbly knees! Now to stretch it out and shower. Give it a go and let me know how you get on. 🙂
